Everyone deserves a smile
Dental Implantology: Return to smile and functionality
10 minutes per implant
It is performed under local anesthesia
Painless
Simple implants, perfect smile
Implants are a replacement for a lost tooth root and form a supporting element for a prosthetic replacement (crowns or bridge).
The implant is embedded in the bone, which is optimal in terms of its structure and characteristics, and also the place of installation depends on the prosthetic requirements.
In the last 30 years or so, implantology has experienced great technological progress, so that there are no longer unsolvable cases, i.e. In the last 30 years or so, implantology has experienced great technological progress, so that there are no longer unsolvable cases, i.e.
Our approach
Before installing the implant, it is necessary:
ANALYZE THE 3D RADIOGRAPH OF THE PATIENT
PRECISE PLANNING OF THE IDEAL PLACE FOR THE FUTURE IMPLANT
DEVELOPING A PERSONALIZED TREATMENT PLAN TO REVITALIZE THE HEALTH AND BEAUTY OF YOUR SMILE
INSTALLATION PROCESS
The implant installation process is:
- PAINLESS
- PERFORMED UNDER LOCAL ANESTHESIA
- TAKES TEN MINUTES PER IMPLANT
Recovery after surgical intervention is fast, and mild discomfort can last up to a week at most.
Implants are made of TITANIUM, which means that they are biocompatible and practically have no contraindications for patients older than 18. yrs.
A missing tooth can be replaced very easily with an implant. No grinding of adjacent, healthy teeth. Bone resorption in the area of the extracted tooth, which is not stimulated by the chewing process, is prevented.
Ways of attaching the crown to the implant:
Screw-connected crowns
Screw-connected crowns are the best solution, because there is no risk of excess cement. The dentist can always unscrew the crown and thus provide access to the implant if necessary.
Cemented crowns
ALL ON 6
In cases where there is enough jawbone, the ALL ON 6 method is an ideal solution for total edentulism. The best transmission of chewing pressure and the complete dental array is what makes this method the best solution.
To get a definitive bridge on implants, patients have to wait 3 to 6 months.
During that time, as a temporary compensation, patients use a temporary bridge, if the primary stability of the installed implants is good, or a total prosthesis.

ALL ON 4
ALL ON 4 therapy involves the installation of 4 implants in one jaw, which will later be the supports of a fixed prosthetic bridge.
This is an ideal therapy for patients who do not have enough bone in the lateral region of the jaw, therefore the patient gets fewer teeth.
Advantages of dental implants
- Natural look and feel: Dental implants integrate tightly into the jaw, providing a natural look and feel, making them aesthetically and functionally superior to bridges or dentures.
- Preservation of the surrounding teeth: Unlike bridges, the installation of implants does not require the processing of adjacent teeth, thus preserving their natural structure and integrity.
- Stability and functionality: Dental implants provide exceptional stability and functionality because they are directly attached to the jawbone, allowing the patient to function normally.
- Long-lasting result: Implants are long-lasting solutions that, with proper care, can last a lifetime, while dentures and bridges often require replacement.
- Preservation of bone density: The installation of implants stimulates the jawbone, which preserves its density and structure.
- Better oral hygiene: Dental implants allow for easier oral hygiene because they are cleaned similarly to natural teeth, unlike dentures or bridges that can make proper cleaning more difficult.
